THE HEART BEHIND THE SEDONA HOUSE
A note from our founder…
Hi, I am Amanda.
This Sedona House is a reflection of my own search for deeper understanding, happiness, fulfillment and healing.
Eventually, guiding me to share wellbeing practices with others as a mentor, teacher, retreat facilitator and now the dedicated owner of this studio.
I created The Sedona House to be a place where we can explore different modalities to empower our mind, body and soul and dedicate time to filling our own cup daily, weekly or whenever we are able to squeeze in an hour.
The experiences at Sedona House are designed to give us the tools to navigate and embrace life on and off the cushion no matter what season of your journey you are in.
Lastly, the name.
Sedona is a place that I travel to often when I need to drop the weight of the world from my shoulders and reconnect with myself. As soon as I see the red rocks I instantly feel at home within myself.
I hope The Sedona House is a place here in Baltimore to pause, breathe and come home to ourselves as often as we can.
