Our Classes

  • A 60 minute session that weaves together dharma talk, connection to breath and a guided meditation.

    We intentionally have teachers with different teaching styles and backgrounds so you can gather tools to cultivate a practice of your own understanding.

  • Sound Healing
    For 60 minutes you will be immersed in sound waves, using the energetic frequencies of sound to move the mind and body into a relaxed state. During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur. You don’t need to “do” anything, just come and receive the healing power of sound.

  • Breathe & Restore
    In this 60-minute class, utilizing props, your body will be fully supported in (restful) postures designed to release physical and emotional tension.

    Connection to breath and the present moment through guided meditation deepen your practice of rest.

  • A practice of stillness &surrender. In this 60-minute class, you’ll melt into deeper postures that explore the body’s subtle layers. With breath as your anchor, you’ll settle into shapes that invite presence, patience and deep listening.

  • Reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit in this multi-modality class designed to meet you wherever you are.

    Through gentle breathwork, mindful movement, stretches, and moments of stillness, you’ll learn to move with whatever arises, distractions, thoughts, or the demands of the world — rather than trying to push them away.

    Each practice is an invitation to return to yourself, cultivate presence, and experience a deeper sense of ease and connection from the inside out.

  • This 60-minute class will take you through a gentle vinyasa flow where you’ll move your body in slow, meditative movements designed to create a sense of connection.

  • Connect breath to movement in our “house” style vinyasa flow.

    Engaging mind, body and spirit, the pace and intensity of this class will build throughout the sequence to help you build a foundation and explore variations of postures offered. Often working towards a peak pose.
