Virtual Classes

  • A 30 minute virtual session that weaves together dharma talk, connection to breath and a guided meditation.

    We intentionally have teachers with different teaching styles and backgrounds so you can gather tools to cultivate a practice of your own understanding.

  • Breathe & Restore
    In this 60-minute class, utilizing props, your body will be fully supported in (restful) postures designed to release physical and emotional tension.

    Connection to breath and the present moment through guided meditation deepen your practice of rest.

  • A 60 minute session at the end of each month to reflect and hold the vision for the month ahead.
