Minimum completion of a 200 HR YTT

Valid Insurance

1 year required teaching, 3 years preferred

We are willing to work with the right fit so if you do not meet these qualifications please reach out and we can discuss a possible path.

  • This is a round-robin style audition. Each teacher with intuitively contribute to a collaborative vinyasa flow.

    Anticipate being called upon to lead 5-10 minutes.

    We are not looking for perfection.

    We are looking for the ability to go with the flow and adapt to the room and the moment.

    Don’t over prepare. Let’s have fun!

  • We have mats, props and anything you may need but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • It depends how many folks show up!

    We will make sure that you are here for no more than 2 hours.

    Please show up ON TIME.

    When not teaching you will be participating.

  • We move mindfully around here.

    We may take some time to get back to you about next steps but anticipate a response within 2 weeks.

    If you are a good fit we will call/text you back for a second, longer interview.

  • We are located at 911 S. South Ann Street Baltimore MD 21231.

    In the heart of Fells Point, a few doors down from Pitango Bakery - just follow the cobblestone path along the water.

    There is paid parking and some free street parking but the weekends can be busy so arrive with plenty of time.

    Time integrity is very important to us.
